There is the Darkness of the Night.....

There is the Darkness of Evil....

There is the Darkness of the Warrior’s Soul.....

Darkness of the night is the easiest darkness to be defeated.

It can be broken with a flashlights beam.

It is often not total darkness and except for a few places, does not last long.

It is survivable.....

Darkness of evil is not so easily defeated.

It is the darkness that a flashlight beam will not break.

It has it’s weakness though and can be defeated with the light that comes though

Forgiveness, Love, Faith and God’s grace.

But it’s the Warrior’s Darkness that I wish to talk about here!

When I say or talk about the Warrior or the Warrior’s way, I speak about true Warriors.

Not the soldier whom drops a defenseless puppy off a cliff, for that is evil!

Nor do I talk about someone who calls himself a soldier or a Warrior whom rapes or kills innocent people for the fun of it for that also falls under evil!

Nor do I refer to soldiers or military types only, for Warrior’s come in many different forms. Those whom are true Warrior’s know what I mean and where I am headed with this! For the true Warrior is a protector of innocents.

The death of innocents creates a Warrior’s Darkness.

It is this darkness that blackens his / her dreams, that causes him / her to awaken in a cold sweat, shivering uncontrollably.

That causes him / her to not even want to sleep!

Every Warrior has his own darkness to battle.

The darkness surrounds you cutting you off from the light, causing you to lose your way!

The Warriors job is to protect the innocent, not to let them die.

Protect them not to be the cause of their deaths......

An Warrior fights for the innocents......

An Warrior fights for Good.....

An Warrior fights against Evil......

An Warrior fights for the Light.....

An Warrior tries to fight the Darkness inside of him!

But Evil lives in the darkness and the darkness fights against the Warrior.

Evil uses the innocents against the Warrior.

Evil uses the Warriors buddies against him.

Evil knows how to create the Darkness inside the Warrior......

Be it the baby with a diaper on and a bulge that could or could not be a timed grenade in it, that is heading towards your buddies?

Or is it the sniper that is shooting at you and your buddies that you shoot.....

Only to find out that the sniper was a nine or ten year old boy / girl?

Maybe it was the young woman that they strapped a bomb onto and told her to walk towards the convoy or they would kill her child?

Or maybe like Anne.....

All it took was the love of a Warrior to get her killed.

All innocents, all dead......

A Warrior’s Darkness

The shooting is over in four seconds.....

The shakes are over in a half hour....

The memories that awaits in the darkness are over......
